Pilates



Pilates is an innovative and safe system of
mind-body exercise using a a variety of Pilates apparatus.

It evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates and can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs.

Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, capable of creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen.

Functional Training



Functional training attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow individuals
to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries

Functional Fitness Training is offered in our circuit and boot camp classes.

Training utilizes body weight exercises and various pieces of fitness equipment.
Depending on the class,  Kettlebells, TRX Suspension Trainers, Rip Trainers,
Medicine Balls, Sandbags, and Battle Ropes may be used.
